Wholewheat flour 350 g
Flour 200 g
Bran 50 g
Wheat 25 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Treacle 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Flax seeds 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp
Sunflower seeds 2 tbsp
Milk 650 ml
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and sift the flour and baking powder together. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Stir in the treacle and milk (enough to form a moist dough). Start with 570 ml of milk, adding more if necessary until you have a dough with the consistency of thick porridge.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan (lightly greased or lined with parchment paper) and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 1 hour. The baked loaf should sound hollow when tapped on the bottom. Remove the finished loaf from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
