10% cream 100 ml

White bread 3 slices

Butter 1 tbsp
Place a saucepan of water over low heat. Meanwhile, chop the potatoes and finely chop the onion and carrot.
Pour the potatoes, bay leaf, and salt into boiling water.
Sauté the onion and carrot in butter until soft, then add the cream. Add the pasta to the potatoes. Transfer the processed cheese to a bowl, add a little hot broth, and stir until the cheese melts.
Add processed cheese (diluted in broth), sautéed vegetables with cream, and diced ham to the potatoes and pasta. Let simmer for a few minutes. Season with pepper and herbs at the end of cooking.
Make the croutons: cut the bread into cubes and toast them in a dry frying pan. Serve the soup with the croutons.
