INGREDIENTS
2 - 4 SERVINGS
- 2 wheat tortillas
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds
- 6 pieces of dried tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 10 cm piece of fresh cucumber
- a handful of arugula
PREPARATION
- Hard-boil the eggs, peel the shells, chop into cubes, add mayonnaise and mustard, season with salt and pepper and mash together with a fork.
- Spread the resulting paste on the tortillas, sprinkle with poppy seeds, diced dried tomatoes, chives and arugula. Add the cucumber, peeled and sliced into thin and long slices.
- Roll the rolls as tightly as possible, then cut them into approx. 2 cm pieces, fasten them with toothpicks and place them on a platter, garnish with arugula.
