MANGO CAKE WITHOUT BAKING

INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM:

700 ml 30% cream
300 g mascarpone cheese
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
4-5 tablespoons of chocolate cream e.g. nutella *
1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles or grated milk chocolate
3 teaspoons of gelatin
1/3 cup hot water
INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO LAYER:

3 mangoes
2 orange jellies
700 ml hot water
ADDITIONALLY:

2 large boxes of butter biscuits
* you can replace chocolate cream with 100 g milk chocolate and 50 g dark chocolate

Form with dimensions 24 × 24 cm or similar is lined with baking paper or foil. We put a layer of biscuits on the bottom. We dissolve the jelly in hot water and let it cool. We dissolve gelatin in hot water and let it cool. Mix the cream with mascarpone to thick cream. We divide into two equal parts. To one we add sifted powdered sugar. On the other hand, we add chocolate cream and sprinkles after a spoon. Pour half the cooled gelatin slowly into the light part and mix. Repeat and add to the dark mass. We put 1/2 dark mass on biscuits, cover with another layer of biscuits. Then half a light cream, biscuits, dark cream, biscuits and light cream. Peel the mango and cut into cubes. We put the cream on top and pour over the jelly. We put in the fridge for a few hours or all night.
