SNICKERS ON TEA

INGREDIENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION CREAM:

1 l milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
2 x 40 g vanilla pudding, powder
2 teaspoons potato flour
1 teaspoon wheat flour
2 yolks
300 g butter, room temperature
COATING INGREDIENTS:

150 g dark chocolate
150 ml 30% cream
ADDITIONALLY:

2 boxes of butter biscuits
2 packages of cocoa biscuits
1 1/2 cans of kajmak (approx. 600 g)
1 1/2 cups peanuts, without skin
* 1 cup of 250 ml

Form with dimensions 25 × 35 cm or similar we lay out with baking paper. We place cocoa biscuits on the bottom and spread with a thin amount of kajmak
800 ml of milk are heated together with sugars. We dissolve sifted pudding powder and flour in the remaining milk. Then add yolks and mix thoroughly. Pour the cold milk mixture into the hot milk, stirring constantly and heat until a thick pudding is formed. Ready to wrap with foil and leave to cool.
Mix the soft butter for a while, then add the spoonful of pudding. We put 1/3 cream on biscuits, then we place butter biscuits, a thin layer of kajmak, pudding cream, cocoa biscuits, kajmak, pudding cream and again butter biscuits. We lay out the remaining kajmak.
Heat the cream well, add chocolate pieces and mix until dissolved. Leave it to cool for a while and pour it on the kajmak, spreading it lightly.
Chop the peanuts and roast in a dry pan. Cool and sprinkle the top of the cake. We put it in the fridge for the whole night.
