:: Scanning ::
Two people, two strangers, standing a few meters apart, stand face to face and close their eyes. Each person closes their eyes, takes a moment to breathe, relaxes, and becomes grounded. Then, they visualize the other person as a ball of light or pure energy. Each person gazes with their inner eyes at the ball of light and looks at the other person from top to bottom, paying attention to any words, images, colors, thoughts, feelings arising in their bodies... anything that arises during this gaze... After a few moments, when both return to reality, they tell each other what they saw, felt, whatever, and describe what else they experienced during this time—this exercise is called the "Light Ball Exercise."
:: Prediction ::
Write down three predictions for the next day. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, make sure you're comfortable and your feet are firmly planted on the floor. After a few deep breaths, visualize yourself on the next day. See yourself going ahead with your plans tomorrow. Look around you. Notice any colors or feelings. Who is with you? What are they wearing? What are they doing? What are you doing? If nothing seems to come, then start listening. Any words? A song starts playing in your head? How does your body feel? Do you feel anything? Do you notice subtle changes? Does your mood change? Note everything you sense. Write down your "predictions" based on the information you've received—this exercise is called "Sense and Interpret."
:: Online tests ::
Many ESP tests are available online. Work in a quiet room without any distractions. Try different tests and work through them multiple times. Try them at different times of the day. Do things go more smoothly during certain parts of the day than others?
