Ingredients
Lasagna sheets
Custard cream 1 package
Fat-free cottage cheese 500 g
Sugar 3 tbsp
35% cream 100 g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cherries 400 g
Sliced almonds 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Boil the lasagna sheets in plenty of salted water until tender, then rinse with cold boiled water. Prepare the custard according to package instructions and refrigerate.
Combine the cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons of sugar, the custard, cream, and lemon juice. Place 3 lasagna sheets in a greased pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Then layer half the curd mixture and 2/3 of the berries.
Cover with the remaining lasagna sheets, top with the curd mixture and cherries, and bake at 220°C (425°F) for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle the lasagna with flaked almonds. Serve the lasagna hot or cold.
