Ingredients
6 bananas
3 packets of jelly
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of water
Sponge cookies
1/2 lemon
1 orange
Soak the cookies in orange juice and place them in the bottom of the pan. Peel 5 bananas and blend them with the lemon juice in a blender.
Heat the butter and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Dissolve the peach jelly and stir. Pour it into the banana mousse and stir. Pour this mixture over the cookies and refrigerate until set.
Mix the raspberry jelly. Slice 1 banana and place it on top of the set layer, then pour the raspberry jelly over it. Refrigerate again until set. Serve.
