Ingredients
Apples 4
Dried apricots 1 cup
Raisins 1/2 cup
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 100 g
Butter 4 tbsp
Cinnamon 4 sticks
Oranges 4
Cut off the tops of the apples, remove the cores, and peel the skins. In a bowl, combine the dried apricots, raisins, chopped walnuts, brown sugar, and melted butter. Divide this mixture among the 4 apples, using a cinnamon stick for the stems.
Arrange the apples on a serving platter and drizzle with orange juice. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for 1 hour, sprinkling the apples with orange juice every 10 minutes. Serve hot from the oven or at room temperature.
