Ingredients
Dark chocolate 200 g
Butter 40 g
Cognac 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder
Break the chocolate into small pieces. Place in a small bowl or saucepan. Add the butter to the chocolate and melt over a double boiler or low heat. Add the cognac and bring almost to a boil, but do not boil.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Once the chocolate has cooled, form it into balls. They don't have to be perfectly shaped.
Now roll the balls in cocoa powder and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then roll the balls in cocoa powder again, and you're done.
