Ingredients
Flax seeds 40 g
Dried banana 100 g
Coconut flakes 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp

Grinder the dried bananas using a food processor or food processor. Mix the whole flax seeds with this mixture, then add the cocoa powder and coconut flakes. Mix everything together. The mixture will be quite thick; spread it out in a 0.7-1 cm thick layer on plastic or tracing paper to form a rectangle (approximately 8 x 10 cm).
Cut the banana in half crosswise, then cut each half lengthwise into quarters. Place a banana slice on the mixture spread on the tracing paper and roll it up like a roll. Press firmly to form an even shape. Cut the tube in half or into thirds. Repeat this process with the entire mixture and banana pieces.
