Chocolate Pudding with Coffee Sauce



Ingredients
Flour 2.25 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Dark chocolate 255 g
Butter 210 g
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Vanillin 1/8 tsp
Eggs 2
Buttermilk 3/4 cup
Cream 1.5 cups
Instant coffee 1 tbsp
Coffee liqueur 1 tbsp

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, powdered sugar, and baking soda. Break the chocolate (100 g) into pieces, add the butter (155 g), sugar, and vanilla, and heat over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat, pour in the flour mixture, and stir. Add the eggs and buttermilk, and stir again quickly.

Pour the batter into a greased pan lined with waxed paper. Cover with waxed paper and a lid. Steam for 1 hour and 15 minutes. For the sauce, melt 155g of chocolate over low heat, add 55g of chopped butter, and stir.

Pour in the cream, add the coffee, and heat over low heat until smooth. Finally, add the liqueur. Remove the finished pudding from the pan and pour the hot sauce over it.
