Ingredients
For the dough:
5 eggs
3 bananas
180 g sugar
50 g butter
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
280 g flour
Chocolate
For the filling:
300 g raspberries
100 ml honey
250 ml cream
100 g white chocolate
1 vanilla pod
Strawberries
Whisk the sugar with the eggs. Add the vanilla sugar, baking powder, melted butter, and salt. Mash the bananas and add them to the dough. Mix thoroughly and gradually add the flour. Beat until smooth.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet and smooth it out to a thickness of no more than 1 cm. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Cool completely and cut into 32 rectangles or squares (to make 16 cakes).
Optional: You can also coat the cake base with melted chocolate.
Filling: Combine raspberries with honey and vanilla bean seeds. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and carefully fold it into the raspberry mixture. Add the chopped chocolate and fold in. Frost the cakes with the cream and garnish with fresh strawberries.
