No-Bake Cheesecake with Condensed Milk



Ingredients
Fat sour cream 450 g
Cookies 300 g
Butter 100 g
Condensed milk 300 g
Instant gelatin 10 g
Water 3/4 cup
Cranberries

Line a springform pan (preferably a springform pan) with parchment paper. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. The mixture shouldn't be greasy, but it shouldn't be too dry either. Place the mixture in the pan and press firmly. Refrigerate for half an hour.

Mix the sour cream with condensed milk (you can add more or less condensed milk, it's a matter of taste).

Pour 3/4 cup water over the gelatin and let it swell for 10 minutes. Then melt it in a double boiler until completely dissolved.

Slowly stir the gelatin into the sour cream-condensed mixture, stirring well. Then pour into a mold. Refrigerate until completely set, about 2 hours.

You can add fresh cranberries for a piquant and tart flavor, or sprinkle with grated chocolate or nuts.
