Ingredients
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
Corn starch 3 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Milk 2 cups
Dark chocolate 100 g
Vanillin 1.5 tsp
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and salt. Gradually add half the milk and stir, then add the remaining half. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring with a wooden spatula, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add the chocolate and vanilla.
Leave for 3 minutes, until the chocolate melts and stir well until smooth. Divide the pudding among the serving bowls. Chill for 30 minutes until the pudding is soft and warm, or refrigerate for 3 hours.
