Ingredients
Cottage cheese 200 g
Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Sour cream 1 tbsp
Dark chocolate 50 g
Dates 10
Hazelnuts 20
Sesame seeds
Coconut flakes
Dust the cottage cheese with powdered sugar. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly. Remove the pits from the dates and cut into strips. Chop the hazelnuts with a knife.
Lay out some cling film. Sprinkle the film with coconut flakes and sesame seeds. Arrange the cottage cheese around the perimeter of the film, add the dates and hazelnuts. Roll into a tight roll. This will be quite easy using cling film. Refrigerate the "curd roll" for 20 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Cut into portions. Wet a knife with water. Dust the curd dessert with powdered sugar, drizzle with melted chocolate, and garnish with hazelnuts.
