Ingredients
Flour 4 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 12 g
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Eggs 4
Prunes 6
Baking powder 1/4 tsp

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar. Beat the yolks separately.
Then add the sifted flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar, and vegetable oil to the beaten yolks and beat thoroughly.
Gently fold the beaten whites into the mixture and mix with a spoon. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes.
Cut the prunes into quarters. Place the apples and prunes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (grease the paper with vegetable oil). Pour the batter over the apples and prunes and place the baking sheet in a preheated oven.
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes (until golden brown). Turn the baked dough and fruit out onto a cloth towel and, while still warm, carefully roll it into a roulade. Dust the cooled roulade with powdered sugar.
