Ingredients
250 g coconut flakes
200 g condensed milk
100 g almonds
Pour the coconut flakes into a deep bowl and add the condensed milk. Mix thoroughly. You'll get a sweet paste. Let it sit for at least 1 hour, or longer if possible.
Raffaello candies are traditionally made with almonds, but you can use any nuts you like. You can also add dried apricots or prunes, depending on your preference.
Pour the coconut flakes into a separate bowl, prepare a container for the finished candies, and then take the sweet mixture and nuts. Using your hands, form a flatbread from the sweet mixture, place a nut in the center, and squeeze it into a ball. Adjust it slightly to create an even shape and roll it in the dried coconut.
