Ingredients:
2 cups flour
⅓ cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup cold butter
1 cup rhubarb, chopped
⅔ cup heavy cream
1 egg
Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Fold in rhubarb.
Stir in cream and egg until dough forms.
Shape into round, cut wedges.
