CHEESE WITH STRAWBERRIES AND WHITE CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BOTTOM:

170 g butter biscuits
70 g butter or margarine, melted
INGREDIENTS FOR CHEESE MASS:

800 g cottage cheese, semi-skimmed e.g. from a bucket
250 g white chocolate
300 ml 30% cream
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or extract
2 1/2 tablespoons gelatin
1/3 cup water
ADDITIONALLY:

approx. 500 g strawberries
2 x strawberry jelly
700 ml hot water
The cake tin with a diameter of 24-26 cm is lined with baking paper or foil. We crush biscuits, e.g. in a blender. Then add melted butter and mix thoroughly. We put on the bottom of the cake tin and press down. For the preparation of the mass, put in the fridge.
Pour gelatin into water and leave to swell. Then we heat for a while e.g. in the microwave, mix and leave to cool. We melt chocolate over a water bath. Then combine with 100 ml of cream while stirring.
We mix the cottage cheese together with vanilla sugar and a cooled chocolate mixture. Mix the cream into a thick paste. Mixing constantly pour gelatin in a small stream. Finally, mix the cream stiffly and add to the cheese mass, mixing gently.
We put 1/2 mass on the layer of biscuits. Then add pieces of strawberries and pour the remaining mass. We put in the fridge.
Pour jellies with hot water and leave to a light concentration. Cut the strawberries into pieces and lay out on top, then pour the thickening jelly. We put in the fridge for a few hours or all night.
