📝 Ingredients
🍫 The Dark Chocolate Base
・16 oz premium dark chocolate, finely chopped
・1 tbsp coconut oil
・1 tsp pure vanilla extract
・½ tsp flaky sea salt
🌰 The Jeweled Toppings
・¾ cup dried cranberries
・½ cup pistachios, roughly chopped
・½ cup fresh cherries, halved and pitted
・¼ cup dried cherries
・3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
✨ The Finishing Crown
・1 tsp flaky sea salt
・1 tbsp edible gold leaf flakes
・Extra crushed pistachios
・Extra dried cranberries
👩‍🍳 Instructions

🍫 Line a baking tray with parchment paper, leaving
overhang on all sides for easy lifting later.
🥣 Place chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil in a
large heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water.
🔥 Stir gently with a spatula until the chocolate is
completely smooth and glossy throughout.
✨ Remove the chocolate from the heat and stir in
vanilla extract and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
🎨 Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared
parchment and spread evenly with an offset spatula.
🌰 Tap the tray gently on the counter to release any air
bubbles and create a smooth even surface.
🍒 Scatter dried cranberries, chopped pistachios, fresh
cherries, dried cherries, and pomegranate seeds across
the chocolate.
✨ Press the toppings gently into the chocolate so they
stick but stay visible on the surface.
❄️ Chill the bark in the fridge for 1 hour until completely
set and firm to the touch.
🌟 Crack the bark into rustic shards by hand, finish with
flaky salt and gold leaf, and serve in a stack.
