Celery (stalks) 200g
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Mustard 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Red onion 50g
Green apple 50g
Sesame seeds 20g
Parsley
Chop the tofu, vegetables, herbs, and apple. Mix well. Dress with yogurt, mustard, toasted sesame seeds, and lemon juice. Refrigerate briefly.
