Spicy Mushroom Salad



Ingredients
Mushrooms 500 g
Olive oil 70 ml
Garlic 3 cloves
Red chili pepper 1 pc
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Parsley 3 sprigs
Salt to taste

Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and cut into pieces. Peel and crush the garlic. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into thin slices. Wash, dry, and chop the parsley.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté the garlic and pepper for about 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for about 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the lemon juice, parsley, and salt. Stir. Transfer to a salad bowl and serve warm.
