Chicken Salad with Korean Carrots



Ingredients
Chicken (fillet)
Korean carrots 200 g
Orange 1
Egg 4
Cheese 150 g
Mayonnaise

Boil the chicken and cut into cubes or strips. Hard-boil the eggs and grate them finely. Peel the orange and cut into small cubes. Grate the cheese coarsely.

Layer the salad in the following order:

Layer 1: Chicken
Layer 2: Mayonnaise
Layer 3: Korean carrots
Layer 4: Mayonnaise
Layer 5: Orange
Layer 6: Mayonnaise
Layer 7: Eggs
Layer 8: Mayonnaise
Layer 9: Cheese
