Ingredients
700 g Spinach
30 g Peanuts
2 handfuls Raisins
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
Wash and dry the raisins thoroughly, peel the peanuts and lightly crush them in a mortar, peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly, then remove any tough stems and chop coarsely.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the nuts, raisins, and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Then add the spinach (don't worry if the leaves are too thick at first—they'll quickly collapse). Simmer, stirring gently, for 2-3 minutes; the leaves should shrink but not turn into a smooth paste.
Then add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve the salad warm.
