This is the story of the "children from the grave"

In the United States, from 1850 to 1980, 2 million children were registered as orphans. However, the total number of orphans in the United States is estimated to be around 5 million. Many of these fates remain unknown to this day. Many of these poor souls, during wars, were simply left at doorsteps or in orphanages. Food, clothing, and everything necessary for survival were hard to come by, and many children were sick. As in all difficult times, parents and grandparents didn't know what to do with the children and preferred to entrust them to the city. Typically, these children were loaded onto trains and sent aimlessly out into the "world." There were just as many children who inhabited forests and roads, only to face their fate.

Most of these fates are lost in the darkness. Violence, hatred, and misery were the children's daily lives. They were treated like the worst prisoners, and mercy was ignored. Not a single mention of the children from the orphanages can be found in city archives. The exact number of mass graves remains unknown. A very small number of graves have been identified, ensuring that the deceased at least receive a name. For those still buried underground, only the number inscribed on their tombstones remains. Cemeteries, orphanages, lonely forests—everywhere their presence can be felt, each soul still linked to its fate, each "Children of the Grave."

Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis is one of the largest cemeteries in the US. Until 1980, 699 children were buried there in mass graves. 699 unwanted and abandoned children. Most of these children were white, but there was also a small number of children of color. They came from seven different orphanages in Indianapolis. Back then, they were still segregated by race and gender.

There were multiple entrances to the dining halls in the orphanages, and even here, they were divided by race and gender. Sisters and brothers saw each other for the last time on the day they entered the orphanage, and the siblings quickly parted ways. It has been reported that between 1850 and 1950, many orphans died suddenly. The number of children who died suddenly ranges from 23.9% to 40.1%. Today, this is explained by the fact that the children consumed at least ½ to 1 liter of milk daily. The milk was reportedly fortified with formaldehyde, which led to severe poisoning. Many children, and even infants, died as a result.

Child deaths began to decline dramatically in 1950. Even today, rumors persist that so-called "experiments" were being conducted in North America on 100,000 unregistered children. It's also rumored that these experiments are still being conducted. These experiments range from drug testing to electroshock therapy to sitting for hours in ordinary jackets in dark rooms. This is how they spent their "therapeutic" treatment.

2006, a grave was discovered near Montreal behind a farm. Locals call it "the pigsty." Countless children's bones were found in the graveyard. This explains the local stories of sad spirits of children seeking help. The find has not been officially confirmed by government authorities.

Children who refused this "curative" treatment were registered as mentally unsound, allowing authorities to do whatever they wanted with them.

There are many indications that the children were given various chemicals. These children were not placed anywhere, so they could be disposed of quietly, as no one would look for them and no one would miss them. In 2005, the Paranormal Task Force was launched, with the participation of renowned hunters such as author Troy Taylor, Steve La Chance, and Greg Myers. They set out to search for the phenomenon of lost and frightening children. They filmed the documentary Children of the Grave.

At the aforementioned cemetery, hunters captured extraordinary EVP footage. The most impressive EVP included a baby's cry, the voices of children playing and singing, and the screams of hundreds of children calling for help. These children were crying for help and likely seeking contact with the living. Each recording, including those from Zombie Road, is considered by experts to be the best, yet terrifying, EVP ever recorded.

A similar example is Bartonville Cemetery in Peoria, Illinois. There are over 4,000 gravestones in this cemetery, identified only by number. The number refers to one deceased person who lived in an orphanage. To date, only 1,500 bodies have been identified. The remaining gravestones have been removed over the years. The conditions at the Bartonville orphanage were said to be inhumane. A typical punishment was immersion in water.

From the children's letters, we can read that all these orphanages were more like concentration camps. In one case, a child was allegedly pressed headfirst into a fire. You can still hear the voices of children searching for their siblings, and sometimes very young children appear, dancing and singing, wandering across the room, only to disappear without a trace. I also know from some sources that various toys were found in these buildings
