INGREDIENTS

 2 - 4 SERVINGS
  • 2 wheat tortillas
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds
  • 6 pieces of dried tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped chives
  • 10 cm piece of fresh cucumber
  • a handful of arugula

PREPARATION

  • Hard-boil the eggs, peel the shells, chop into cubes, add mayonnaise and mustard, season with salt and pepper and mash together with a fork.
  • Spread the resulting paste on the tortillas, sprinkle with poppy seeds, diced dried tomatoes, chives and arugula. Add the cucumber, peeled and sliced ​​into thin and long slices.
  • Roll the rolls as tightly as possible, then cut them into approx. 2 cm pieces, fasten them with toothpicks and place them on a platter, garnish with arugula.
