Blueberry Biscuits 🫐🍞✨
🥣 2 cups all-purpose flour
🍬 ¼ cup granulated sugar
🧂 1 tbsp baking powder
🧂 ½ tsp salt
🧈 ½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
🥛 ¾ cup milk
🫐 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
🍯 Optional glaze: ½ cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tbsp
milk
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, mix flour,
sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until
crumbly. Stir in milk just until combined, then gently fold
in blueberries. Drop dough onto a baking sheet in
mounds. Bake 15–18 min until golden. For glaze, mix
powdered sugar with milk and drizzle over warm biscuits.
