Soft Pumpkin Maple Cookies with Maple Glaze 🎃🍁
🧈 ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
🍬 ½ cup brown sugar
🍯 ¼ cup maple syrup
🎃 ¾ cup canned pumpkin puree
🥚 1 large egg
🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
🌾 2 cups all-purpose flour
🧂 1 tsp baking soda
🧂 ½ tsp salt
🌿 1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
**Maple Glaze:**
🍁 1 cup powdered sugar
🍁 2 tbsp maple syrup
🥄 1–2 tsp milk (to thin)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and brown
sugar until fluffy. Beat in maple syrup, pumpkin, egg, and
vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt,
and spice. Mix dry into wet until smooth. Drop spoonfuls
onto a lined baking sheet and bake 12–14 minutes until
set. Cool completely. Whisk glaze ingredients until
smooth, then drizzle or spread over cookies.
