Ingredients:

- 1¼ cups digestive biscuits, crushed 🍪

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted 🧈

- 1½ cups dulce de leche or caramel sauce 🍮

- 4 ripe bananas, sliced 🍌

- 1½ cups heavy cream 🍶

- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 🍬

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌼

- Dark chocolate shavings for garnish 🍫


Directions:

Start by making the biscuit base. In a bowl, combine the

crushed digestive biscuits 🍪 with the melted butter 🧈

until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture

evenly into the base of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust.

Chill it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set.

Spread the dulce de leche 🍮 generously over the chilled

biscuit base, ensuring an even layer. Arrange the banana

slices 🍌 over the caramel, covering the entire surface. In

a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream 🍶 with

powdered sugar 🍬 and vanilla extract 🌼 until soft

peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the

bananas, creating a fluffy, cloud-like topping. Finish by

grating some dark chocolate 🍫 over the top for a touch

of elegance. Chill the pie for at least 1 hour before

serving to allow the flavors to meld together beautifully.
