Strawberry Streusel Cake 🍓🍰✨

 



Ingredients:


**Cake:**  

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 🌾  

- 1 tsp baking powder 🧂  

- 1/4 tsp salt 🧂  

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈  

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar 🍚  

- 2 large eggs 🥚  

- 1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦  

- 1/2 cup milk 🥛  

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced 🍓  


**Streusel Topping:**  

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 🌾  

- 1/4 cup brown sugar 🍂  

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon 🌿  

- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 🧈  


Directions:


1. **Preheat oven:** Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and grease

a 9-inch cake pan.  

2. **Make the streusel topping:** In a small bowl, mix

flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter

until crumbly.  

3. **Prepare the cake batter:** In a large bowl, beat butter

and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla,

mixing well.  

4. **Combine dry ingredients:** In another bowl, whisk

flour, baking powder, and salt. Alternately mix in dry

ingredients and milk until smooth.  

5. **Assemble the cake:** Pour batter into the pan,

spread strawberries on top, and sprinkle with streusel

topping.  

6. **Bake:** Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick

inserted in the center comes out clean.  

7. **Cool & serve:** Let cool before slicing. Enjoy warm

or at room temperature!
