Strawberry Matcha Shortbread Cookies 🍓🍵

 



🧈 Butter, softened  

🍬 Powdered sugar  

🌾 All-purpose flour  

🍓 Freeze-dried strawberry powder  

🍵 Matcha powder  

🧂 Pinch of salt  


Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Divide dough in

half—mix matcha into one part, strawberry powder into

the other. Roll each into a log, chill, then slice and stack

to create swirls or half-and-half cookies. Gently roll into a

log again, chill, then slice into rounds. Bake at 350°F

(175°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are just golden.

Cool and enjoy!

Total time: ~1 hr 35 mins
