Creamy Sweet Banana Pudding

 



Ingredients:


- 4 large ripe bananas, sliced

- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

- 2 cups cold milk

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 package Biscoff or butter cookies

- Ground cinnamon, for garnish


Directions:


1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla

pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.

Set aside.


2. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk

with vanilla extract. Gently fold it into the prepared

pudding until well combined.


3. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with

powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside half of

the whipped cream for topping.


4. Fold the remaining whipped cream into the pudding

mixture to create a rich, creamy filling.


5. In a large trifle dish or glass bowl, layer cookies at the

bottom, followed by banana slices, and a generous layer

of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until the dish is

filled, finishing with a thick layer of whipped cream on

top.


6. Garnish with extra banana slices, crushed or whole

cookies, and a light dusting of ground cinnamon.


7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow

flavors to meld and cookies to soften for the best texture.
