This ain’t your average Cobb — we’re talkin’ crunchy

breaded chicken, creamy avocado, jammy eggs, briny

olives, juicy cherry tomatoes, and feta for that tangy

punch. It’s stacked with flavor, texture, and pure salad

glory in every bite. 💥💚


📝 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:


For the Salad:


2 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens


1/2 avocado, diced


1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


1/4 cup black olives


1/4 cup crumbled or cubed feta cheese


2 hard-boiled eggs, halved or sliced


1 crispy chicken breast, sliced (breaded + pan-fried or air-

fried)


Optional Dressing Ideas:


Ranch, honey mustard, Caesar, or balsamic vinaigrette


A squeeze of lemon + olive oil for a light kick


👨‍🍳 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:


Cook the Chicken:

Bread and fry or air-fry the chicken breast until golden

and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F). Slice into bite

-sized pieces.


Prep the Eggs:

Boil eggs for 9–10 minutes for a perfect center. Let cool,

peel, and slice.


Assemble the Salad:

In a large bowl, lay a bed of greens. Arrange avocado,

tomatoes, olives, feta, sliced eggs, and crispy chicken on

top in rows or clusters for that loaded look.


Dress & Serve:

Drizzle with your favorite dressing just before serving, or

keep it on the side to dip and control the vibe.
