Power-Up Breakfast Bowl 🍳🥦

 



A vibrant, nutrient-packed breakfast bowl that’s quick,

energizing, and oh-so-satisfying. Perfect for clean eating

days or a light keto-friendly start!


𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:


1 large egg


1/2 ripe avocado, sliced


1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (red and yellow), halved


1/2 cup broccoli florets, steamed


1 tsp olive oil (for frying the egg)


Salt & black pepper, to taste


Optional: sprinkle of chili powder or smoked paprika on

avocado


𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:


Steam the Broccoli

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli florets

and steam for about 3–4 minutes until tender but still

bright green. Set aside.


Fry the Egg

Heat olive oil in a small nonstick pan over medium heat.

Crack the egg and fry sunny-side up until the white is set

but the yolk remains runny (or to your desired doneness).

Season lightly with salt and pepper.


Assemble Your Bowl

In a serving bowl, arrange the steamed broccoli, fried egg,

avocado slices, and cherry tomato halves.


Season & Serve

Sprinkle avocado with a pinch of chili powder or smoked

paprika, if desired. Add salt and freshly cracked black

pepper over everything. Serve immediately!
