Mozzarella and Cheddar Sticks



Ingredients
250g mozzarella cheese
100g cheddar cheese
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 eggs
Flour
Breadcrumbs

Whisk 1 egg in a mixer, add parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk.

Add the mozzarella and cheddar and mix again. Form small rectangles into sticks. Beat the eggs and roll the sticks first in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Place the prepared sticks on a plate and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.

 Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry each stick for a few minutes until golden brown. The filling should be cooked through by then, but don't overcook it.
