Fried Squid with Bacon and Garlic



Ingredients
Bacon 100 g
Garlic 6 cloves
Squid 800 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Dill

Cut the bacon into thin slices, then into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the squid into rings or strips if the squid is large.

Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and fry until the fat has rendered and the bacon is golden brown. Remove the bacon from the pan.

Increase the heat and add the garlic. Fry, stirring, for 30 seconds.

Add the squid and season with salt and pepper. Fry, stirring, until the squid is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes, no more. Return the bacon to the pan and stir.

Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
