* 200 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
* 200 g crab meat
* 200 g smoked sausage (sliced)
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/2 cup oil (for roux)
* 1 onion (chopped)
* 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
* 2 celery stalks (chopped)
* 3 cloves garlic (minced)
* 4 cups seafood or chicken broth
* 1 cup okra (sliced)
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp thyme
* 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
* 2 bay leaves
* Salt & pepper to taste
* 2 cups cooked white rice
* Green onions & parsley (for garnish)

1. In a large pot, cook flour and oil over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until a deep brown roux forms.
2. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery; cook until softened.
3. Stir in garlic and sausage, cooking until fragrant.
4. Slowly add broth, stirring to combine smoothly.
5. Add okra, spices, and bay leaves; simmer for 30–40
minutes.
6. Stir in shrimp and crab, cook until seafood is tender
and cooked through.
