Fresh Basil
Mayonnaise

Cut the hard cheese into rectangles, slice the tomatoes into rings, and finely chop the basil.
Cut the lavash in half. Place the cut side facing you. Place a slice of cheese on the edge (closest to you), then 2 tomato wedges on top. Season with salt, sprinkle with herbs, add mayonnaise, and roll up.
If you're making it at home, heat a frying pan over high heat and simply fry them on both sides in melted butter. If you want to fry them over the stove, place them on a grill, brush both sides with melted butter, and fry. A minute is enough for them to be toasted.
