Ingredients
20 king prawns
1 egg white
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
4 toast
20 g sesame seeds
Peel the raw shrimp (if frozen, defrost them first). You'll need 350-400 grams of unpeeled, headless shrimp and 250 grams of peeled shrimp.
Purify the shrimp in a blender until smooth.
Add the lightly beaten egg white, season with salt and pepper. Mix well and spread on toast to a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cut the bread into 4 pieces diagonally to create triangles.

Place the toasts, shrimp-side down, in a preheated frying pan with a little oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

Then flip and fry the other side until golden brown (about another minute). Serve hot. Enjoy!
