Ingredients
Hummus 1/2 cup
Paprika 1/2 tbsp
Olives 8 pcs
Bread 4 slices
Turkey 110 g
Lettuce 100 g
Sun-dried tomatoes 2 tbsp
Olive oil
Mix the hummus with the paprika and sliced olives. Spread the hummus on 2 slices of bread.
Top with 55 g of sliced cooked turkey, lettuce, and 1 tablespoon of tomato. Top each sandwich with the second slice of bread.
Fry the sandwiches in a hot frying pan for 1-3 minutes on each side. For best results, weigh them down with a weight while frying.
