📝 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
* 1/2 head cabbage (chopped)
* 2 carrots (sliced)
* 2 celery stalks (chopped)
* 1 onion (chopped)
* 2 cloves garlic (minced)
* 1 can diced tomatoes
* 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp thyme
* Salt & pepper to taste
* 1 tbsp olive oil
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Add cabbage, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the
crockpot.
2. Pour in diced tomatoes and broth.
3. Season with paprika, thyme, salt & pepper.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and stir gently.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4
hours.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
7. Serve hot and enjoy a light, cozy, and healthy meal.
