🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Garlic Bread Base:
1 large French bread loaf, sliced lengthwise
2 tbsp melted butter
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
For the Shrimp:
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
For the Creamy Cheese Topping:
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar
¼ cup softened cream cheese
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
👩🍳 How to Make It
1️⃣ Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Stir the melted butter
and minced garlic together, then generously brush over
the cut sides of the bread.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the
shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook
for about 2–3 minutes per side, just until pink and cooked
through. Remove from heat and chop into small bite-
sized pieces.
3️⃣ Mix the Creamy Layer
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and
half of the mozzarella and cheddar. Stir until smooth and
well blended.
4️⃣ Assemble the Bread
Spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly over the garlic-
brushed bread. Scatter the chopped shrimp on top, then
finish with the remaining shredded cheese.
5️⃣ Bake Until Bubbly
Place in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until
the cheese is fully melted and bubbling. Broil for 1–2
minutes at the end for a beautifully golden top.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh chives, slice into pieces, and serve
warm.
