📝 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
* 200 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
* 2 cups cooked rice
* 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
* 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
* 1/2 onion (sliced)
* 2–3 boiled eggs
* 2 cloves garlic (minced)
* 2 tbsp olive oil
**Sauce**
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp chili sauce or sriracha
* 1 tsp honey
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until
fragrant.
2. Add peppers and cook until slightly tender but still
vibrant.
3. Stir in shrimp and cook until pink and juicy.
4. Mix in sauce ingredients and toss until everything is
well coated.
