Ingredients
1 loaf
100 g smoked bacon
100 g dry-cured sausage
100 g cheese
150 g butter
2 bell peppers
2 tomatoes
3 eggs
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp horseradish (root)
Trim the ends of the loaf and scoop out the crumb. Finely chop the smoked meat, cheese, eggs, peppers, and tomatoes. Mix the butter with the horseradish and mustard, combine with the chopped ingredients, and season with salt. Add cubed bread crumb if desired. Fill the loaf with the mixture and refrigerate. Cut into slices before serving.
