For the bowl:
🌾 1 cup cooked white rice
🥒 ½ cucumber, diced
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🍋 Lemon wedges
For tzatziki:
🥛 ½ cup Greek yogurt
🥒 ¼ cucumber, grated
🧄 1 garlic clove
🌿 Dill or parsley
🍋 1 tsp lemon juice

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, onion, parsley,
oregano, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Form into small meatballs (about 6–8 pieces).
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook meatballs for 10–12
minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked
through.
Mix all tzatziki ingredients until creamy and well
combined.
Assemble bowls with rice, meatballs, cucumber, and
tomatoes.
Add a generous spoon of tzatziki and serve with lemon
wedges.
💡 Tips
Chill the mixture for 10 minutes for easier shaping.
