A clean, energizing breakfast packed with protein, fiber,

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:


2 large eggs


1 tsp butter or olive oil


Salt & pepper to taste


Sides:


1 cup broccoli florets


½ avocado, diced


½ cup sliced mushrooms


1 tsp olive oil or butter (for sautéing)


𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:


Steam or sauté broccoli:


Lightly steam for 4–5 minutes or sauté in olive oil until

vibrant and tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt.


Sauté mushrooms:


Heat a pan with oil or butter. Add sliced mushrooms,

cook 4–6 minutes until golden and tender.


Scramble eggs:


Beat eggs with a pinch of salt. Cook in a nonstick skillet

with butter on medium-low heat, stirring gently until just

set.


Assemble the plate:


Arrange eggs, broccoli, mushrooms, and avocado neatly

on your plate. Season with black pepper and enjoy!
