Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking
sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking
soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated
sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each
addition.
5. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until combined.
6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried
cranberries.
7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared
baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
8. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are lightly
browned.
9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 2
minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
