Croquettes with mushrooms and cheese

 



Ingredients (about 10 pcs):

Pancakes:

• 2 eggs

• 300 ml of milk

• 200 ml of water

• 220 g of wheat flour

• 2 tablespoons of oil

• 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Stuffing:

• 500 g mushrooms

• 1 onion

• 200 g of yellow cheese (grated)

• 2 tablespoons of butter or oil

• salt, pepper

Bread:

• 2 eggs

• 120 g breadcrumbs

• oil for frying


Preparation:

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, water, flour, oil and salt.

Fry thin pancakes and put them away.

Cut the mushrooms into small cubes or slices.

Chop the onions.

Heat the butter or oil in a pan and vitrify the onion.

Add mushrooms and fry to evaporate the liquid.

Season the stuffing with salt and pepper.

Remove from heat and mix with grated cheese.

Apply stuffing on pancakes and roll in tight croquettes.

Spread the eggs in the breadcrumb.

Cover the croquettes in the egg, then in breadcrumbs.

Fry on hot oil on each side to a golden color.
