Pierogi with meat with bacon
Ingredients (about 40 pieces):
Cake:
• 500 g of wheat flour
• 250 ml of warm water
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Stuffing:
• 500 g of cooked meat (pork or mixed)
• 1 onion
• 1 tablespoon of butter or oil
• salt, pepper
Okrasa:
• 150 g of smoked bacon
• 1 onion
• 1 tablespoon of butter or oil
Preparation:
Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, pour water and oil, knead
cake.
Put down the cake.
Cut the stuffing onion into cubes and fry in butter.
Grind the meat and mix with fried onions, season
salt and pepper.
Roll out the cake and cut the rings.
Apply the stuffing on the discs and glue the dumplings together.
Boil water with salt and cook dumplings in batches.
Remove the dumplings and strain.
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry.
Add the onion cut into cubes and fry together.
Pour dumplings with garnish.
